Let me tell you what drives me. I see opportunity in every challenge and I live to bring out the best in people—myself included. I’ve learned what works in schools that thrive—and I’m fiercely committed to helping others tap into their potential and reach results they once thought were out of reach.

For more than twenty years, I’ve worked in education alongside some of the most passionate and talented people out there. I cheer loudly for the success of others and often see their potential long before they do. I truly believe we’re all born with unique gifts—and that the world is better when we share them.

When you read State of the School or meet me in person, I hope it feels like connecting with an old friend—someone who listens, laughs, and challenges you to dream even bigger. I’m not here to keep the status quo. I’m here to help change it for the better. And something tells me you are, too.

When I’m not deep in the work of transforming schools, you’ll probably find me exploring the world—sometimes solo, sometimes with friends—collecting stories, soaking up beauty, and reminding myself how connected we all really are.
