With over twenty years in education and a decade leading transformational change, I created State of the School to give school leaders a clear structure that motivates, inspires, and empowers everyone on campus. It’s about building systems that lift people up and move results forward—together. I know the exhilaration of uniting a team around shared goals and watching students soar—and the weight that comes with leadership today.
Through State of the School, I’ve helped leaders create safe, inspired learning environments and build cultures where both people and performance grow stronger together.
